Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.
Quality Check and Refund
After our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
